Bought this set last time around. I work as a behavior specialist, mostly teaching social and emotional skills development to children with disabilities. Kids with difficulty regulating their behaviors (and how to handle excitement appropriately). Most activities and toys in my office don’t make it more than a few weeks before being torn to shreds. The construction/destruction sets have been used in my office at least 3 hours every school day since they arrived. Students from kindergarten through 8th grade love them. Buying another few sets so more students can participate. The originals are still in amazing shape, despite how much they’ve been used.
@kristoffer Thanks. Between you and the amazon reviews, I think I just crossed one nephew off the shopping list. (I always forget how old he is exactly, but he’s eightish, give or take a year, and the Amazon reviews seemed to say that was a good age for these.)
I worked in that field years ago. More power to you for doing that.
well, after seeing this at midnight, then sleeping on it last night, i ordered TWO sets, lol…Being newly married at 63 and having a step daughter that just had a beautiful baby boy, and living on a block with new parents and all, I figure i can use these for gifts in the coming year…I’ll save a zombie set for my new grandson as well, lol…someone has to warp him out, and I figure with my love for RC racing, nascar, the Munsters, 60’s rock, and target pistol shooting this will be one well rounded kid…
@therealjrn thanks…I sit in my backyard in Louisville and am amazed how much my life has changed in 2 years…Seems like just yesterday I was single back in Jersey, semi retired and a girl that used to be my neighbor in the 70’s (lives in Louisville) came home to see her parents, we went out for coffee to catch up…the next thing you know I am moving to louisville last october, we went back to Jersey to get married in June, i am working full time again and have a new grandson by my new stepdaughter…unbelievable, lol…but quite the love story.
So, my mom helped me wrap my son’s Christmas presents and she said that there are four Demolition Labs (I bought two sets). They’re already wrapped; I thought they were three different toys and I’d like to give one set to my nephew. Can anybody confirm?
Ok. I think you’re right. Thanks for the picture. Now to figure out which are the duplicates without unwrapping them. Both Demolition Labs are the exact same size.

@kristoffer What are the pieces made out of? They look like cardboard.
Which, btw, would be insane to pay $25 for one set, but OK for $10 for three sets.
@kristoffer scary toys
@haydesigner I miss quality items to buy
@kristoffer with your recommendation I just picked one up! Thanks for the feedback
