more than 9 hours from whatever time I finally get to bed. If the current COVID situation continues to escalate, it may be a long time before I will get to sleep in again… or potentially even sleep at home/with my wife.
I set the alarm at 6:30 in the hope of catching time to work, but in reality I’ll lay out under the covers at 8:00 and then start to hysterically rush around the house
Sleeping is very important, as this is one of the main principles for the prevention of COVID-19. Now all of this is miserable. It’s time to think about it.

Sleeping in is what happens when you go to bed after the sun comes up.
Alarm goes off at 5:20. So, technically sleeping in is anything past there but I’d prefer to sleep until at least 10 am.

I’d be sleeping in right now if it wasn’t for that sunlight and badly derailed circadian rhythm. And you meddling kids!
A luxury I enjoy on weekends (and usually pharmaceutically aided).
