I got mine the other day. Opened it up and there was a yellow card inserted in the manual stressing the importance of going to their web site and installing a firmware update before using the camera. Of course, that web page doesn’t exist, and the main site has nothing under downloads related to this camera except for a link to the android app.
Emailed support, and got a message stating that Whistler Group was purchased by another company this year, but only the scanner and radar products. He did find the GPS media player program and a FW version from 2020, but that’s all. I’ll have to check my camera later to see if that’s newer than the FW it’s running.
