Anyone else having trouble with theirs?? I can’t get mine to charge correctly. I will pull them out of the case after charging until the lights stop blinking and sometimes they will be at 10% other times they will be at 80%. Occasionally if I put them in the case then take them back out they will jump from 10% to 100%. Make it a real PITA since I can’t count on them being good to go whenever I need to use them.
Guess I will reach out to support…
@chienfou mine will show a 100% charge from device, lights on charger/case will be full or done flashing. Then within 20minutes I lose battery on the left side.

yep. got a brand new set… that won’t connect on the left channel. Gonna chalk it up to

I am going to try and play with them some and see if I can get it to work – maybe by shifting around the case/left/right from diff pairs (not sure if that is even possible) etc. My left channel connects then drops within moments on the replacements. May just have to suck it up and live with it (the first set). Do like how they sound though – when they work.
Also notice that if I leave them in the case they discharge in a few days. Not sure what that’s about either.
@chienfou Huh. I just opened the second set of earbuds and realized it’s NOT THE SAME MODEL. The case and earbuds had a matte finish, and when I look inside and on the box, huh, it’s the EP-T27.
Welp, they’re charging now. I guess I’ll see if they work any better.
I just re-sent my complaint to support@aukey.com. We’ll see if that gets something back, unlike the form I filled out on their website or the email I sent to service@aukey.com.

maybe you will get lucky and this set will be better. I still haven’t actually done anything with mine since I got them replaced by meh. I have a cough, cough surplus of earbuds, (wired, wireless BT, wired BT etc) so haven’t really been compelled to mess with them. Maybe this will get me motivated…

@chienfou Haha, yeah, I have other earbuds too, but none that I love. The EP-T27s seem to be holding charge better. I like the matte finish a lot more. I didn’t realize Meh would offer a replacement. Maybe I’ll reach out to them if Aukey keeps ignoring me.
Anyone know if these turn on and pair automagically when you take them out of the case? That seems to be pretty standard with newer models, (and since this is BT5 and USB-C charge I would guess it does) but would be nice to be sure.
Ordered in March, the left one loses battery in less than 20 minutes after a full charge. Easy to reproduce the failure. Unfortunately I ordered two more of these on June 6 just a few days ago before this one started failing I’ll try some tinkering and if i can get it to work again I’ll reply. These are a great comfortable earbud otherwise hence why i ordered another 2x pair(s?) of them.
