75% carb, for those who track it. Happily, no inulin or sugar alcohols or HFCS or stevia or sucralose or agave nectar or boutiqium or woo-woo powder or such. The ingredient list mostly reads like food, and the “soy lecithin” is something you can actually buy if you want to, though it’s more of a mass-production thing and not used in large quantities. (Okay, yes, I know, not many people in the US cook with palm oil, but it’s really common in many parts of the world.)
@werehatrack I was actually considering these because they didn’t have alcohol sugars and other crap (and I have a weakness for chocolate chip cookies), but the price dissuaded me. Actually, I think the price dropped since I checked them out the first time. Hmmm, I may not have dodged the bullet like I thought.
