Man, I’m so sad about shirt.woot. I used to buy so many shirts from there back during the American Apparel days. Then I stopped for years.
I then recently tried a couple of times after revisiting them 5 months ago, and the print quality was absolute shit. And they were the shirt-of-the-day, not one of the archival ones.
It looked like an iron-on and was flaking off day one. Definitely was NOT silkscreened. Such a bummer.
@RiotDemon Huh. Well, maybe I’ll give them another try if I see a design I REALLY like. Thanks for the reply to let me know about how your flaky shirt was replaced.
@Bandrik yeah, they were good about it. If there was something I couldn’t live without, I’d order again. I try not to look over there since teevillain usually has more tshirts that are up my alley. Also, mediocritee.
Shirt.woot was IT back in the day. I have so many woot shirts I’m ashamed. I am known for it in my circles. But I have not bought one in many years now since the price hike. And I’ve stopped even visiting the site since it stopped working on my phone. Sad. But I guess my wallet’s happy. And my T-shirt closet space.
But I am not enticed by mediocritee shirts so far. Which I guess is good, because I can’t afford that addiction.
speaking of shirt.woot, are there any new marketplace of sorts for their old shirts? I know teetrade went down after a few years, and woule like to avoid ebay or fb marketplace if I can.
Don’t miss the $10 shirts sales!!! Do prime members get 10% off on top of that using the app? Suck on that, mediocritee!
@medz yes and free shipping. But I only found 1 design I wanted when I ordered Sunday. I already forgot what I bought though, maybe Yoda?

@Bandrik I’ve gotten several shirts that were flaky from them. I sent a message and they were replaced. The replaced ones were great.
I haven’t ordered another shirt from them in a long time because of the hassle.

Shirt.woot is making more sense to me lately than electronics.woot.
