12I thought Fed Ex was kidding when they said I had a package on the way. I had to think about what it could be since there was no way my IRK was getting here. Fed Ex just delivered it and the regret is strong with this one! I received:
1-Kind Kids Blueberry Muffin Bars - best by 8/26 (sounds yummy)
1-Golden Glow Eye Mask (probably useful)
2-South Africa Travel Adapters (will never use)
8-USB-A to Micro USB 8ft cords (I might need one not eight)

@TimW This is very similar to mine. I didn’t get the locator tags though, and instead got a pack of Graph Paper. Gave the eye masks and graph paper to the wife, using the cables myself for my Vitas and Dualshock 4’s. I guess I’ll use the cough drops eventually. Cables are good quality, I kind of wish I got the pack of 6 instead of 2. haha.

I think those eye masks are in competition with trackrs for how many meh has left over. I see everyone so far has gotten some. i have at least a dozen of those boxes, if not more left, of which I can’t even give them away anymore.
@Kidsandliz do they work for you? The reviews on Amazon for same brand but slightly different product are actually pretty good.
@TimW I have never tried them as I don’t use stuff like this. My kid did, initially liked them, then decided she didn’t want more. No idea why. For postage I can send you a couple of boxes if you want.

My regret is instant and also INVISIBLE! FedEx says delivery happened at 1:52 pm today in front of a blue door with a clean entryway and a black metal bench. My door is purple. With unswept leaves all around

Same as everyone, but instead of lozenges (might have used), got some oddly textured Meh…toilet paper? I think?
If I do a Mehtizen exchange, that will go in the box.
This isn’t too bad an IRK for 10 bucks. The bodysuit will likely fit (sadly). The sunscreen is worth at least $5. The wireless earbuds $8. The colorful 8ft charging cable is at least $4-$5. The optic white pen would be worth $20 if it didn’t expire six months ago. I also got two soft containers of paw wipes (not pictured), which I appreciate as a dog owner. Not a super regrettable IRK, especially since it came so fast.

While my minimalist IRK wasn’t as regrettable as usual, the only thing I can really use is the charging cable. I’ll give away the rest. At least I didn’t get face masks. Here’s what I got:

I did have to side load the app… So. Know what you’re doing/potential security issues etc if it’s one of those situations.
I run it a few times a week. The mapping vs the older dumb ones is key. I have to pick up stuff cause cats but it finds lots of hair on hardwood/tile.

My feeling that the IRKs send later were better rather than the mass mailing of the prepackaged ones at the beginning proved to be true. Got among other things a therapy mask selling for around $ 100 online.
I, like several others, received two boxes. One was the beat to crap original box for the Vornado Qube50 that was in it along with a couple of micro usb cables, a power adapter for South America and an IRK bag. The box was partially open, but all the parts for the air filter were still in there. The second box had a 5-pack of Trackr Pixels, a purple magnetic notebook with graph paper, more gold under eye masks, a package of pet wipes, and a set of “Gin o’clock” spices that my husband will be very happy to get. Oh, and another IRK bag.
The air filter is in good working order with no visible damage. Since it’s intended for a small room, I’ll put it in one of our guest rooms for when we have company staying. Thank you, Meh!
Well, I’m stupid. The second IRK box was actually for my husband, who doesn’t usually do the Meh thing. I didn’t notice the label had his name since it came with a bunch of stuff I ordered during the Meh-rathon and my IRK, so I just opened them all. Oops.
Got the same as others. Yet more trackrs, eye masks, irk bag and graph paper for those notebooks. Last irk I got the notebook with lined paper…
And then the weird thing I know nothing about as I don’t drink. Some gin mix thing. Apparently you can use most of those for cooking too. They are in glass tubes bottle things.
If someone wants it, it is yours for postage. I’ll send it Pirate Shipping (goes UPS) but it takes me two trips and so I might be slower mailing.
Those are best used by 11/2025 however google states that since they are in glass, airtight bottles this doesn’t apply and the only thing that happens is they slowly lose some of their flavor but much slower in glass air tight bottles.

Delivery notification image showed 2 boxes which surprised me as I was not expecting anything else today. Turns out I seem to have received a double!
First box: Irk Bag, 2 USB charging wires, pet wipes, a crafty build a house that looks like a gingerbread house (but isn’t) and a Shiatsu Neck, Back and Shoulder massager. Massager box seals were broken but it works and appears new.
Second box had printing on the outside of it, was hopeful it was a good sign. Opened up and found other items inside the box as well. Another USB charging cable, Irk Bag, a women’s shape wear body suit and the actual item printed on the box, a Sharper Image HEPA air filter which was brand new. The box looked like it was sliced open a bit in the warehouse, with packing tape placed over the damaged box and IRK written in magic marker on the side.
The timing for the air filter was perfect as was just starting to think I needed to buy one for a room before the fall allergies hit. Already set it up, hopefully will help my terrible allergies this time of year. Thanks Meh!
@Raider So basically what you got was two $5 irks. Not sure how they made that mistake and it also sounds like you got one of the few sort of winner irks too which was double luck.
@sfwineguy I got one of those DP kits, too. My less-than-enthusiastic comments about it are in a reply to my post, which is just below.
Okay, I said I missed ordering a $10 IRK during the 'thon. And I did. But well over 24 hours later, I noticed that the SideDeal page for the IRK didn’t say “Too Late” yet, so to test whether it was still working, I ordered one. Yep, it was still live, which was a significant error as far as I could tell. I flagged it for the admins, and told them that they could feel free to cancel that purchase if they wanted to. Apparently they didn’t, and today it showed up. Lime green IRK bag, a pack of dog wipes, two boxes of USB A-to-micro cables, and a Cuisinart coffeemaker in a badly mangled box. I don’t drink coffee, but maybe the stepdaughter can use it.
I forgot to mention one item; the label says “DP POP UP CARD KIT”, and what’s inside appears to be the components of a you-have-to-assemble-it rubber-band-driven “pop up house”. The decorations included fall into a category I call “Cracker Barrel Adjacent”, the whole thing seems rather pointless, and I can readily believe these were a commercial splat. I might try putting the bare bones together to see if it’s actually jump-scare-possible, in which case I know precisely where it’s going to go.
And the coffeemaker went to the stepD as expected; she says she can pass her old one along to someone she knows who can use it.

Got mine yesterday. Got a little bit f what everybody else got and a light up bird cage. No idea what I’m gonna do with the bird cage. If I had a giant tree in my yard it look cool there in the summer but no trees really.

@mycya4me If it works, the air purifier could be useful next to Thor’s litter box. I have a small air purifier near Poppy’s and it helps with the dust from the litter & maybe with the smell.

Yes when I ma changing Thor’s litter box, some times I can smell the offering left behind. But then I quickly flush the toilet & it is gone!

I have a " Zoom Groom" it is in a shape of a cat, It has 1/2 inch soft rubber fingers. Thor LOVES it! I think I got it at “Pet Smart”
@Kyeh @mycya4me I have one of those cat things too. Also works to get cat hair off of fleece blankets and my clothes. Mine is purple. I had 2 but it appears one has walked.

@Kidsandliz @mycya4me Those sound like a good idea! I have a rubber brush that both Toby & Poppy have loved, but a glove would be easier to use.

@missdorkgirl @Star2236 I have a sponge like one that removes the dead skin in the shower. I love it. I do use it all over my body. Especially face, Feet, knees & elbows!

@missdorkgirl @mycya4me In some irk I got about a half dozen of these. I had no clue what they were as they were tiny and figured they were some weird spare part for something (they were just in a tiny plastic bag) so threw them out. Oops.

@cbatte I didn’t mention what they sent me in the last IRK that really irked me. I got about 15 trackers that didn’t work and 12 micro USB cables. So when this one arrived and I had 5 trackers and one micro USB cable, I was thinking they were reading my mind. But you got all the micro USB cables and apparently all of us got a very similar irk.

These are all pretty useful for me! I did some research and for those of you with the trackers, the Swiftfinder app worked with them no problem!! Gonna connect a couple to my TV remotes and test the GPS/location tracking on my outside cat.
I was incredibly lucky. A rum loving guest from far away was present when I opened the IRK. She was quite pleased with the Gin o’clock. My son is going to try the graph paper and binder.
The graph paper sticks to my magnetic tool holders. I will use a few of them as tool labels. For example: chisels to sharpen, sharp chisels.
We use wipes for cleaning up water based paint oopsies. So our cats are safe from the wipes. They hate stuff like that. My niece, the professor, was also visiting and took the eye masks. She knows someone that likes that sort of thing.

Well, I finally got back from Vermont & Canada. Trip was amazing.
When I came home I had a stack of boxes to wade through, one of which contained my IRK. Ripped it open and lo and behold, it wasn’t half bad.

I’ll probably make some small batch gins to try out the kit, otherwise I’ll grind the spices and use them in cooking. Pretty sure I’ll find a use for the test tubes.
Hopefully the cable is capable of powering a laptop.
Notebook will probably be used (as mentioned above) for attaching notes to metallic surfaces. (Brilliant, by the way)
Tote bag will live in the back of my car for those times when I forget to bring my other reusables, or get tucked into a future exchange.
Overall, I’m happy with my haul!
