Registered Trade Mark Infringement?

I see some “meh” or “meh.” products in the wild but it is my understanding that “meh.” is a registered trademark by those who operate this site. Am I missing something or are other websites/companies infringing upon this trade mark? Here is a site for example.

I’m guessing but I doubt you can trademark the word- it’s probably the design they use.

- @sammydog01 That’s something I was thinking as well. The font or style/design. But I know very little about this type of stuff.

- @EvilTuna31x @sammydog01 @therealjrn They’ve also been on the other side for Casemates. I’m guessing it’s because of the product ‘Jameson Caskmates,’ which is pretty damn difficult to confuse with an online retailer selling wine.

Any trademark would be on the script-ish font of the word “meh.” (with the period). There is a little next to it on my Meh T-shirt I’m wearing now, meaning they registered the trademark.
