Banks and meh’s customer support team both don’t work weekends. If they’re issuing you a refund for something, they’ll process it in the timeframe they stated in your email and then it’s up to your bank/cc to finish giving your money back. This process can take up to 2 weeks sometimes.
I am missing a leg from mine. Talked to them. Had to send in a picture of the back of tv and one of the leg. I did receive. They texted that they receive d my info and would get back to me. Haven’t even plugged it in yet. Anxious
