I was given a $5 coupon for them to not ship my knives and cancel. So did I just buy a $50 IRK and not get my $49.99 and only given a $5 I am sorry coupon? Wtf? Anyone else get this?
Hey there…Looks like you had already qualified for the refund for the IRK (which is pending right now) before we had to refund the knives and send the $5 coupon, so really, you go the IRK for -$4.99. We paid you to take the IRK. Congrats? Or I’m sorry? Never know which.
@angelafay90 Yeah, when the IRK refunds go out, it’s kind of random since each is investigated and done manually, but they’re in the system now, so if you haven’t seen it, just give it another 48 hours.

@ExtraMedium they should explain that in an email. All I got was we refunded you the knives. Nothing about the IRK.

I got a toaster oven/air fryer. I regret it because we have a really good toaster oven and … okayish air fryer, and not much kitchen space
