@mehwootmania yeah, i just googled it because i thought “ray-bans sunglasses” sounded weird but then i wasn’t sure if it was a “brussels sprouts” situation. but nope, it is ray-ban. kind of funny to make the whole thing about the brand name and get it wrong but…i guess that’s their charm.
@mehwootmania, of course, Ray Bans is plurel e.g. I have 5 pair of Ray Bans, or Ray Ban sunglasses, but he still didn’t use the plurel form correctly, so the spell-check police’s gonna send him a ticket, or a summons, or they may just do a no knock warrent & drag him, or her ass outta the house, hog tie them & transport their ass to the local jail, and Lock Them Up!! Oh, BTW, I thought it was ‘Sheeze’, as in Sheeze Fn Weze!! I’ll google it, JSIK, So, JSYK & JSYKIK, YK!! LOFL!!
I had a pair of the Justin Classic, just known as “Ray-ban” at the time and these were like welding glasses for me. I loved them. Now, these things are knock-offs of the originals with the name tag and a hefty price tag. Hard pass.
Many of these look to be suitable for Rx lenses, FYI (def not Women’s RB3211 or Men’s Pilot/Wrap. Men’s Iconic Aviator is a maybe). I do wish there were some polarized options; going back to non polarized is just not an option.
anyone know what material the lenses are made of? even if i barely plan to use them, i try to make sure any of my glasses are shatter-resistant (since eyes are jelly, and all)
Sunglasses are far too easily lost/broken for me to ever want to spend more than 30 bucks on them. Luckily, Costco has nice polarized sunglasses for only 30 bucks.
Hard Pass! I just don’t see the point in paying that much for something I would hardly ever wear. I mean haven’t you heard of the indoors? Who needs to go outside?
I open the door to grab my amazon boxes and accept warm ready to eat foodstuffs. Nothing else is needed.

Change your password Meh!
Where are zztop when you need them?
You recently had sunglasses. Gadgets, under $25. Now, that’s fun!
Never had real Ray Bans before. I always just got the cheapo lookalike ones off of beach stands. Excited to try it out!

“Ray Ban,” not “Ray Bans.” Sheesh.
@mehwootmania That’s it. You’re bannsed from meh.
@mehwootmania *Ray-Ban
@mehwootmania Maybe “Ray Bans” is the meh knockoff version…

Cat…I got nothing.
Needs polarized.
These are pretty cheap… Did they fall out the back of a Pitney Bowes truck?
@ShotgunX Well, there was this guy who used to sell toothbrushes…
@ShotgunX, maybe, they’re fake! Everything else is!! Fake News, Fake Media, Fake Reports, Fake Facts, Fake Videos, Oh & Fake Boobs!!
They will still get scratched like every other pair of sunglasses.

$6.00 fishing glasses from Wally’s are about all I ever buy and lose.
@cranky1950
You spelled Roy-Ben wrong.
@hchavers You spelled Ben Wa wrong.

Where can we get those a eye glasses
Imagine if Oakley and Ray-Ban are two different brands :^)
@SeajFaj there aren’t many sunglasses that aren’t manufactured by Luxxotica. Maui Jim, Randolph Engineering, a few others.

Eh, I have to wear high-index prescription sunglasses. Couldn’t even if I wanted to.
In for the RB3498s…then I’ll take them to the Opto to get Rx lenses in!
Not that I’m buying them but why is it that they have tons of men’s options but the one woman’s pair is super fucking ugly?
That was a classic ad write-up. Funniest thing I have read lately.
