Model: YH-F007-PINK, YH-F007-LIGHT BLUE, YH-F007-BROWN, YH-F007-WHITE
Condition: New All-in-One Versatility:

Pocket-Sized & Travel-Ready:
Designed to be ultra-compact and lightweight, this fan fits effortlessly into your pocket, purse, or backpack. It’s easy to carry without weighing you down—perfect for summer travel and everyday use.
3-Stage Transformable Design:
The clever foldable design keeps blades safely hidden when stored:
180° fold – use as a handheld fan.
270° fold – set it on a desk or table for hands-free cooling.
@heartny The fans are color-coded. That one goes in your bathroom. @kyeh And I think the blue one is more of a robin’s egg blue. Goes out on your patio.
The white one is for your laundry room, of course, for inspiration and expectation.
And I guess pink belongs in your boudoir, but don’t confuse it with other appliances.
Since none of the images show the location of the flashlight, I searched high and low and found a similar fan’s image. It’s on the base of the unit. You’re welcome.
OMG, you’re right. To think that the purpose of her last name was only to be fully realized in the deliverance of this micro-meme in the name of … COMMERCE!!!
In fact, she looks like she’s got the mic drop attitude …
/showme Florence Nightingale with too cool for school sunglasses is holding Quick and Cool Handheld Fan horizontally as if she is going to do a mic drop with it.
@dvermilion When I look at all random 18650 battery supported gizmos, I start with the assumption that the battery is, as the English would say, rubbish.
I’ve actually got a few of these. As far as the fan and flashlight function go, 12+ hours is accurate. The fan motor is also very sensitive: a little resistance and it stops spinning. Opening it up is a little challenging (you kind of have to push the power button so it will try to spin as soon as it clears the shell).
You can also use it to charge another device via a full-size USB port, but note that the internal battery wasn’t designed for modern phones and will drain very quickly (you’ll turn that 1500 mAh battery into excess heat and only 500 mAh to your phone).
But my model has rigid plastic blades; not bendable at all.
@violue I hope you called the AC police. Don’t touch anything, they will need to analyze the refrigerant leaking all over the floor for fowl play, aka, did a bird get caught in the fan or some such thing.
What I can tell you about high heat and humidity is that weakly blowing hot air at yourself doesn’t cool you down. Now using a leaf blower does help a bit - for a second or two anyway.
“But I remember being a child and messing with various foam-bladed travel fans…” LoL When I was a child, fans had steel blades. You poked your fingers in those: You lost a finger!
Got these last time and my lovely and Angelic Bride laughed at me. I brought them with us on a recent trip to Europe and now my lovely and Angelic Bride congratulated me on the intelligence and foresight to purchase them.
There must be some other use for this hunk of plastic then blowing hot air. Can it whip mashed potatoes? Or can it mix hot chocolate? Two wonderful things on lovely days like we’re having right now.

@haydesigner @mediocrebot I think I looped back to weak
After recess, it’s all downhill @pakopako.
@haydesigner @pakopako This made me laugh. We need more recess!
The brown looks sus
@heartny it will match your Zune
@heartny the design when folded totally looks like a suppository.
@heartny My thoughts when I first glanced at that second pic.
@heartny @pakopako - To me it looked like a minature mase sprayermajig!!

In for one. Thanks for addressing the hair tangle question.
@medz- ONE¿?
@medz I apologize for laughing at your misfortune. Oww, and thank you for taking one in the name of Science.
@mehcuda67 that’s not me, but I worry that’ll happen. I’ve been given assurances I’ll be safe in the write-up
Well timed, mediocrebot!

@MrGoodGuy Delayed thank you.
…I thought I had the same model, but the blades on mine aren’t that soft
@MrGoodGuy But but but … is this famous(?) what’s her name misleading us??? …

The gf had one just like this except it was a little pig, the battery failed pretty quickly. I wired up another 18650 just to make sure & confirmed.
Definitely not worth $17, but $5 is worth no longer having to procrastinate fixing the other one.
@dvermilion did you have to melt glue or was it just a pry open?

Why was Amazon used for Price Comparison when the actual maker of this fan sells it at $39.99 EACH!! That’s a savings of 87.5%!!

@MrGoodGuy That company is located in Carrollton Tx. What a coincidence!

@pakopako Oh, I like the 1500 -> 500 note. Setting mehxpectations accordingly …

@mediocrebot I am a well pleased ugly-bag-of-mostly-water.
This feels pointed. Mostly because I’m sitting in a room with my dead air conditioner and “Breezy” is my mother’s nickname for me.
@violue I hope you called the AC police. Don’t touch anything, they will need to analyze the refrigerant leaking all over the floor for fowl play, aka, did a bird get caught in the fan or some such thing.
@heartny that’s how you do it
Thanks for clarifying the question about the color of this fan.

@Kyeh since you get mentioned in the write-up, do they at least send you a free one?
@pmarin I wish!
After shipping and taxes it’s back up to $16
I don’t think so
@DM396
Or… as a VMP and with 71 cents worth of stores.com credit $4.63 out the door!
YMMV
Last time they came in a two pack, and both didn’t work! Passing this time.
@Xexer
Did you get refunded?

@Kidsandliz
(PSA: Don’t really shoot a leaf blower at yourself folks.)
…coming soon to an IRK near you…
Breezy
Bought these when it was 2/whatever… definitely made life easier on my European trip where a/c isn’t really a thing.
But has anyone tried making a margarita with one?
“But I remember being a child and messing with various foam-bladed travel fans…” LoL When I was a child, fans had steel blades. You poked your fingers in those: You lost a finger!
What happened to the images on meh?
I run hot, it’s unreasonably humid right now, a personal fan is of interest to me.
But I think it is too likely that this will be trash.
I’ve been hurt by cheap plastic things before. Pass
