Nice video. In a former life I was a fortunate enough to attend a number of Houston Rockets games. At every game I noticed fans in Prime Seats who faced one another and talked the entire game. I thought they should give their tickets away to real fans- they can talk anywhere. Maybe players could gently toss a wake up ball into the stands when they observe such behavior.
@dhelmick56 I was always amazed and baffled to see people at Fenway park who would spend the entire game drinking at the outdoor beer cart.
Tickets - ~$100+
Beer - $8 - $14 for <12oz.
I mean, even if they got the tickets free, why would they go to the game just to stand outside the park and drink ridiculously overpriced beer?
(edit, just for clarity - Fenway has a street outside the park but within the gates where food & drink stands are set up)
Have also, on several occasions, sat next to people who paid no attention to the game and just chatted the whole time. The yammering was annoying in some cases, but at least they were actually using their seats.
@DennisG2014@dhelmick56 as a person who goes to baseball games and does not pay attention I can provide insight.
I have absolutely no interest in baseball, it bores me so badly. That said I have friends/family that love it and the energy in the park is amazing.
I generally have no idea who we are playing or who won, does not matter. In fact I always wear a Blues shirt (NHL) That said, I always have an amazing experience spending time with those I love.
That was awesome!!

@dhelmick56 @tinamarie1974 Yeah, I don’t really have a problem with that - it’s much the same for me.
oh my gosh that poor lady! I feel so bad for her.
