On a different paw, I’ve spent more at Woot. BOGO on shirts, a weed trimmer, and a trio of off-brand power tools – a hammer drill, oscillating tool, and impact driver.
I got some lithium AAs and a wifi thermostat among other things. Winter is coming and I don’t want to have to get out from under the covers to kick up the heat. Been waiting for Meh to step up, but all we seem to get are leaky alkies and space heaters.
@kuoh The small space heater in the bedroom, which never got put away this year, kicked in one morning recently when the AM temp got just low enough for that. We quickly turned it off.

I’m still sitting on the knock off nest thermostat i bought here a (long) while back. Maybe I’ll get it installed before it is no longer supported…

Found a great deal on the Power Head Combo system with the power head + trimmer + edger and a 5.0 battery & charger.
My old trimmer was falling apart so am pretty excited for this new system!
I bought Chom-Chom rollers to give as gifts - I was hoping Meh would offer them or a version of them, but no luck. They’re fantastic for picking up pet hair, better than sticky rollers that use lots of plastic. Thanks to @unksol for persuading me to buy them to begin with.
One of my skillets is flaking so looked for a new one. Finally found what I wanted (59% off). When I put it in my cart I was told I had bought that skillet in 2003. So I guess I got 10 years of frequent use out of it.
Looked at a SUP but didn’t pull the trigger, then forgot to go back and get it last night. Oh well. I already have one anyway… Planning to put it back in the Gulf this afternoon!
