I also am not much a sweater, that’s why I don’t run when outside temps exceed about 71°. I don’t do well exercising in warmer temperatures.
I’ve been using the stuff with mandelic acid, it’s the one thing that keeps the stink at bay for me. Tried making my own deodorant with essential oils years ago and was told I smelled like pot roast. Probably won’t do that again.
How is roll-on not an option?

I didn’t know that gel or spray still existed.
@brennyn yes, gel still exists. I used secret clinical strength gel. Anything else makes me break out.

I actually don’t wear deodorant. I’ve never needed to.
On rare occasions my left pit will get a little musty, but my right never has an odor.

If you don’t wear deodorant that’s a basic “am I okay to go out” body check before you leave the house…

Soft solid
Nivea Roll on is the only thing that really works for me. Can’t find it in stores near me (not sure it is available in the US) but Amazon has it.

I prefer solid, but not the chalky white stuff. Old Spice sport clear solid is my goto.
@cory206sea the white stuff tends to burn the pits for me. I, too, use Old Spice’s clear solids. Bearglove
