1x PRO4 Sonic Toothbrush
2x Standard brush heads
1x UV toothbrush sanitizer case
1x USB charging cable
Here’s a Fun Fact for You
The first toothbrush made in a more modern design was invented by William Addis around 1780. Addis designed his concept of the modern toothbrush from his jail cell, after he had been arrested for starting a riot in Spitalfields (a small district in East London). Because no prison can cage the entrepreneurial spirit.
To tell the tooth, I’m giving this the 'ol brush off. Though to keep things positive, at least it’s a product for internal use and I like the thought of my tooth brush having its own tanning bed.
I bought the “desktop” version here a while back and it is still going strong. I would say not quite as good as the Sonicare that died on me but far superior to the Oral B that replaced the Sonicare.
the toilet is in a separate room next to the sink with the toothbrush
So do you mean separate room from the place the sink/toothbrush is in or
separate room (from the rest of the house) but containing the sink and therefore, toothbrush?
It might arrive before Christmas. Really Christmas 2019. Trust me, it will arrive before some Christmas, somewhere in a Galaxy far far away, a long long time…
It seems that toothbrushes are the notorious item that is most likely to fall off the truck. I have more toothbrushes than I could ever need because of this site.
@etomori Neh, this site has had some excellent Sonicare deals, I’d stick with those. Including the high-end one that sold for about 10x this (for 2).
BTW you are right I have old Sonicares from 5+ years ago that still work fine, you’d think internal batteries would die but they have held-up OK.
I decided to pass on this, um, “deal.”
What shipping partner are you using? It seems to be travelling via foot. 4 days and counting from TX to IN, and I’m in PA. Do you literally have one big tractor-trailer going from state to state and chucking a crate at USPS each stop? Can we get an option to pay more for more reasonable shipping?
@Forge64 I’ve noticed that seeming stagnation before, but I think it’s a factor of the tracking. It isn’t actually “at” the same location, but may me “in transit to” or “in transit from”. And it’s not consistent. One of my orders showed 2 or 3 days where it looked like it was going back and forth between IN and NJ, like a couple times, sometimes a couple hours apart. Obviously that didn’t happen. And overall the “slowest and cheapest way we can possibly find” promise (see FAQ above) holds up. But that is the thing about meh. It gets there eventually, possibly after you have had time to rethink your purchase and now regret it. It’s kind of their competitive advantage.
As expected (even though I was knowingly suckered in by the concept and pretty blue light) the questionable “sanitizing” feature stopped working after a month. Meh must love cavities and horrid mouth decay in order to sell more toothbrushes. Asshats.

So… erm… do these ship out someday or…?

Mixed reviews from QV see they also have a utube vid from when they sold it at Christmas.

only if it comes with a lawsuit, t-shirt, tote bag, a really cool coin & a 4 month wait.
Cracks me up that the 1 review on their site was pretty shitty, only 2 star after toothbrush crapped out asap!
Popping in to say I enjoyed the write-up for the UV toothbrush
@TouranRowan yep, that alone was worth price of admission.
I bought the “desktop” version here a while back and it is still going strong. I would say not quite as good as the Sonicare that died on me but far superior to the Oral B that replaced the Sonicare.
Pssstt… Hey you! Wanna new electric Pop Socket? Great deal while the truck is stopped.
I mean, this is why the toilet is in a separate room next to the sink with the toothbrush.
@lifftchi OK, I’m confused.
So do you mean separate room from the place the sink/toothbrush is in or
separate room (from the rest of the house) but containing the sink and therefore, toothbrush?
When I clicked today’s little round Meh button (whatever you call that thing) I read it as the letters “bad”
I’m sorry I just can’t go through this again.
40,000 vibrations, oh my!!
@tinamarie1974 and literally…TWSS!
(Sorry TM, I just couldn’t resist )
@chienfou no apologies, that is where I was going!!!
Where do you get replacement heads for it? Is it compatible with anything else?
Did I totally miss that part in the writeup?
@rprussell https://shoppopsonic.com/collections/subscription
Candida albicans? Guess we need a northern border wall to keep those out
A toothbrush. What could possibly go wrong, ordering a toothbrush?
Pass.
It might arrive before Christmas. Really Christmas 2019. Trust me, it will arrive before some Christmas, somewhere in a Galaxy far far away, a long long time…
Time is not a circle. Time is a cube.
@harrkev What the actual F did I just attempt to read. It’s like someone was having a stroke while creating a webpage.
@harrkev Sandwiches are also cubes.
Even the germaphobes have to be scratching their head over this one. If you share your toothbrush with your pet maybe otherwise huh?

Yeah right I’m gonna fall for this again. Pull the other leg, Meh, that one’s long enough already.
Hope they work and last. My Sonicare is about 4 years old and working. Plan to use them on trips.
