@bruinscbr Is the soft plastic seal washer missing inside the connection? That’s usually what produces leaks there. The seal sometimes falls out during packing or unpacking.
@bruinscbr They are readily available at places like Lowe’s or Home Depot, or it’s possible that customer service might be able to send you one. I don’t know about that, but you can ask at meh.com/support.

@howdylewis In the US, note that water damage is usually only covered by flood insurance that must be obtained separately from the main policy.
Anyone get this and have issues? Used it for the first time today and it just leaks from the hose the whole time. It doesn’t seal,I feel lost

@werehatrack yep there is no plastic washer seal. Just checked everywhere, doesn’t appear to have one. That’s unfortunate
