@brhfl I didn’t believe that was a thing until I googled it. Weird. I’m drinking tons of Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest now. It’s not great, but it was 6.50 per 12 pack at the supermarket since they were on clearance. I bought everything they had- it’s better than rolling rock anyway.
@Pantheist I’m still not sure I believe it’s a thing. I had to try it, right? But now I’m just kind of trying to figure out who I can strategically pawn it off on. Just wayyy too sweet for me. But, I understand where you’re coming from re: Rolling Rock — this certainly beats the Bud Light that’s in my fridge because someone abandoned it on the train

@compunaut I’m not sure off the top of my head… I mean, it’s New Belgium, it was at a Whole Foods… couldn’t have been too extravagant. Think the sixer was less than the single bottle of Avery Vanilla Stout I also grabbed (worth it).
@brhfl @Pantheist Maybe it’s dessert beer? I had some Leinenkugel Snowdrift Vanilla Porter last year. Was meh on its own, but it was great with brownies or pecan pie.
@brhfl Haha yeah, I’d have to try it if I saw it too. Maybe bring it somewhere over the holidays? People will be interested in the novelty anyway. Good on you for saving that poor unwanted swill. Hate to admit it, but I’d have done the same thing- free beer is good beer.

@shawn I think the slash command might be a touch glitchy - I was trying to use it replying to someone in a different thread and it didn’t work. So I copied and pasted what I had written into a post to the thread and it did work (already discovered it has to be first in the reply). What’s up with that as it has worked replying to someone other times for me?

I have seen temp non-response using slash commands. 5-10 minute or so.
I always just assumed the Meh coders and the “/” command processor were busy consuming “/” fan-fiction.
I’m sure that as soon as everyone boned up [sorry!!!] on Kirk/Spock, Edward/Jacob, and Dorothy/WickedWitch, they starting functioning again.
