My order of EUFY ROBOVAC 15T ROBOT VACUUM

I ordered two units of this deal $99/pc back in March 12th 2022. Today I got an email from MEH said that the order has been delivered to my address. Just FYI, my house is equipped with a front door camera that will notify me at any time whenever a car pass by, dog, cat, people on the street which approximately 25 ft away from my don’t door, and I always check my camera notifications whenever that happened. I can check it whenever I am. So, back to the email I got saying that the products were delivered to my address as of today at 2:45 pm ET (12:45 pm Colorado time), I can guarantee you with the proof of my camera notification that they were never delivered. Can anybody help solve this problem?

@ericmccloskey I’d wait a couple days and if it doesn’t show up contact Support.
I’ve had delivery drivers mark something delivered when it was still on the truck, then they dropped it off the next day.

Had the exact same thing happened to me the other day. Turned out the post office delivered it to a neighbor. The neighbor eventually gave me the package.

I would check with the delivery company. There might be a gps tag that can be checked to see where it was and who had it when scanned.
