What are yours? Those of you that have high blood pressure, have you been keeping track of it? You still need to do that while the world is falling around your ears.
I’m pretty boring when it comes to BP. It sometimes gets as high as 124, but normally is 108-112/60 or so. As I said, boring. Then again, it’s one of those things where boring is good, right?
144/89 76 pulse. Doctor has been “keeping an eye on it” for over 15 years with no decision on if it’s fine or not.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Don’t think I’d want to change it at this point, lol
@jst1ofknd yep… it’s all good with me! I’m Covid 19 high risk only for age since I am basically healthy and have good genes (Dad lasted til 93, Mom almost 88 and still kicking) Can’t wait for us to cross the ‘herd immunity’ thresholds and get back to what will pass for normal going forward.
Is that on meds or just your norm?
@chienfou
Meds. I’m on two different pills…
@jst1ofknd looks like they are working!
I basically get my b/p checked about every 8 weeks or so, when the bloodmobile shows up… normally runs in the 120/70 range. Cholesterol about 125.
@chienfou
I’m high on my bad cholesterol, low on my good cholesterol, and my triglycerides are apparently through the roof.
The doctor has me taking two doses of the fish oil because it apparently helps.
I don’t know where I put my blood pressure thingy
I should be checking but it’s always a bit low so I don’t worry too much
I’m sure it’s kinda in the range of

@f00l
The wife’s numbers are always low too. Makes me wish I had her numbers.
@f00l @jst1ofknd
Maybe she should roll them fatter…??

I figure if I can’t find a pulse, I can’t have HBP.
@mike808
I can’t find my pulse either, but my BP is high. You should get checked out.

Oh wait, I thought you meant my Meh numbers.
What about our other mehtizens with other conditions? Are ya’ll keeping up with them? I want to hear reports!
@jst1ofknd
If you think you can get me talking about my ED, well you’re just … unhhh, wait a minute… never mind!

@chienfou
All I want to know is if you’re taking care of yourself. Not necessarily how.
