@phendrick Gee,giphy, I had to spell it out for you… Where’s your AI?
@phendrick was going to say ‘12oz lifts’ but after years of practice I’m up to 16oz or even 500ml.
@phendrick I’ve always heard this referred to as a one pound curl.
@brennyn @phendrick I hear it as 12 oz curls. It’s the reps not the weight. Otherwise you burn to many calories and your beer gut starts to decline
The kind that actually accomplishes something. Mowing the lawn, shoveling snow.
When I’m doing something useful like yardwork or moving furniture. edit: oops @katbyter beat me to it

Minimalist yet consistent. Push-ups in the morning. Walking. Carrying groceries several blocks home without putting them down. Shoulder rotations (to fix them from falls).
@Salanth I hear you. When I had shoulder surgery, my entire exercise routine was shoulder-centric.
My Apple Watch considers it exercise when I walk the dogs (longish walks, fast—they’re still proper). So I’ll go with that.
@ahacksaw My phone considers it exercise when I am riding the golf cart the 1/4 mile from the main clinic to the Mayes clinic at MD Anderson.
@Kidsandliz Apple Watches are generous like that.
Cheese curls.
