@cengland0 Thanks, I don’t get them.
Do you use the MS app? I don’t; I wonder if that’s why I never get the MS emails; I do have emails enabled there but nothing ever gets to me.
@cengland0@Kyeh
I’ve been getting the MS emails but they don’t help unless I check them, YUP, I missed the mystery box!
Probably would’ve been just a more expensive $29 IRK anyway! Seems like I’ve got more regret only for missing it!
@cengland0@tinamarie1974 yup. Bought an irk. But the price was 1/3 of this and it may or may not be time to stop buying those. Will have to wait to see if the quality of those trend up with the price. Of course much of what is sold on morningsave I’d never buy anyway. That is the other reason why I’m hesitant.
@Kidsandliz Exactly, that is my sentiment. Most of the girly things that are sold on morning save I would never buy anyway.
There are a few electronic gadgets and pots and pans but those usually don’t come in mystery boxes. At least not in great quantities. Meaning someone might get a set of pots and pans but it doesn’t go out to everyone.
@cengland0@Kidsandliz well if you wont use the items there is no sense in taking the plunge
I host Christmas and do different games (bingo, word search, rob your neighbor, etc) I find the boxes a great way to collect prizes if an item is not immediately useful for me. At either $5 or $10 I always seem to come out ahead.
I was suprised to see that both you and @werehatrack took the plunge on an Irk. I thought you both swore them off after the price hike
@tinamarie1974 Must be someone else because the $10 doesn’t bother me much. A long time ago, I might have said that I’m not going to buy any more IRKs because they are not helping me with my hoarding tendency. That logic lasted for one mehrathon and then I bought them again. It’s a sickness.
@cengland0@tinamarie1974@werehatrack I was giving one more try to see if the ”value” was higher with the price hike. A few things I can use as presents, a few things I can sell most, but not all, of the time and the rest is junk. I want to be able to beak even financially. I’ll have to wait to see what happens this time. Last time was a loss. If this time is a loss then likely I won’t try again.
@Kidsandliz I don’t sell any of the items in my IRKs but I have given many of the items away to friends and family for free. The items I cannot find a good home for ends up in the hoarding pile for future use and/or future gifts.
@cengland0 I give away what I can as presents I otherwise would have had to buy so I count that as “sell” as it saves me money. For example the power bank I got in the last irk is going to my kid at Christmas. But I did sell the blender I got as I already have one I barely use, no people I normally give presents to needed one, so keeping the cheapie I already owned and selling the good one I got in the irk makes sense.
I used the 15% off coupon. Hopefully it’s something I can keep or pass off as gifts. I have at least two white elephant parties this year.

Got the BOGO email (nothing there I’d want even one of) but not this one.
Since I routinely unbsubscribe from advertising emails, I haven’t seen it, and I suspect I’m better off.
I ordered one. We’ll see what happens.
And I had a $20 coupon from much earlier in the year that I had been holding on to for just the right item.
Looks like a mystery stocking is in my future!!!
@charliedoggo, you can have any dog related items. You don’t have to ask!

@tinamarie1974 oh well THIS is exciting. I really hope the Meh hoomans pack moms box with only things for ME…dont tell her I said that!!!
For those that don’t get the daily emails:
@cengland0 Thanks, I don’t get them.

@cengland0 That is seriously expensive for a mystery box of seen on TV crap that women have failed to buy enough of.
@cengland0 @Kidsandliz depends on what is in the box. Should be all new items, no returns, broke, etc.
Ive purchased before and was always pleasantly suprised.
@cengland0 @tinamarie1974 Ahhh… and so what they can’t get rid of this way we see in irks?
@Kidsandliz Probably
@cengland0 @Kidsandliz
Guess youll have to wait and see. You decided to take the plunge on an IRK, right?
@tinamarie1974 I did buy an IRK. It is due to arrive on Saturday.

@cengland0 @tinamarie1974 that’s a plus that it all is supposed to be in good shape, unlike irks.

@cengland0 sorry, I it was for K&L. Didnt mean to confuse you
And I agree, I am addicted to these darn boxes

I did order. Somebody mentioned a code “FALL15”. Tried it and got 15% off.
@romellex That was me
@jjoye THANK YOU!
Rich man’s IRK

Having snagged the front loader, I better pass on this.
