Also, yeah, they’re going through a difficult time right now because of the pandemic, like everyone is. You just saved money. They’re a tiny company that cares a lot, and I think they deserve some patience.
@TheMeerkat, but you haven’t “saved money” if you missed out on a good deal. IF you’re asking why I complained (only twice), the answer is because they have not shipped/cancelled orders multiple times and I’m frustrated.
I get that they’re a tiny company and I have been very patient. My comment wasn’t so that you’d do something, but to “put it out there”. I’m not sure why that was confusing. Thanks for your advice, though.
The ones I just recieved are not noise canceling. There is no one and off switch as shown in picture 2 nor is there a place for batteries. I need to return them and be sent the correct one please.
What happened??? I made the purchase, then “meh.” cancels it. WTF!?! After waiting around for these things to leave “processing limbo” you cancel the order without a word? How can I recommend your site to people if you don’t communicate with your customers, “lose shipments”, and not give people what they buy?
I even got in as a founding member of casemates, and you botched that deal. Not that I cared about a shirt, but it would have been nice for you to deliver what you promised.

I have a pair–they’re really, weirdly good for the company and price. I recommend them.
@TheMeerkat, except that meh. cancels orders indiscriminately, so we can’t buy them even if we tried.

@krock1 Yeah I have been waiting for my pair to arrive and then I see it got canceled after not being able to find it in my order list.
Quite bothered by this. Don’t sell crap you don’t have. Guess I am not the only one that got hosed though.
