Uh…I hesitate to tell you this. But mom is pretty mad that you still haven’t taken to heart her perfectly marvelous suggestion that Meh sell hand sanitizer and hospital masks. (Again…I’ve explained to her the Meh business plan, but she’s not sympathetic.) Her forceful (and, TBH, not-to-trifled-with) suggestion is that you hire illegal immigrants (“pennies on the dollar!”, she’s hollering) to sew medical masks tout suite, or she’s gonna be high-tailing it down to Carrolton to read you the Riot Act. “Foot massagers, my keister!”, is the kind of invective she’s been bellowing, in a nearly un-made-up sort of way.
@UncleVinny I’m pretty sure Meh masks would smell like candy corn & the hand sanitizer will turn your hands black because it’s “fortified with charcoal”. Otherwise a great idea.
I am sitting at home all day anyway. At least this thing can take my feet for a walk and I can use the remote to have them come back to me like a Roomba, right?
A household member wears a men’s 14 and likes to use the Miko. It does miss the heels, even on smaller feet. We have another very basic foot massager for the heel and other targeted areas the two together really get the job done for the whole fam of feetses.
@broncopde
Its a Belmint the flat one you rest your feet on with the six rotating heads and heat. The model I bought looks like its been updated (and $20 more), but I think any of the ones with that kind of design are great for heels and that meaty part between the arch and heel. I use the Miko and the basic regularly they both earn their keep. I ended up buying two more of the Miko to replace one I let family borrow (Pops and super atheletic lil bro love the two foot massager setup) and one as a gift for my marathoner mom. Just dont use it too much when you first get them…you will make your feet sore.
Using mine I got on MorningSave less than a month ago. Really enjoy it, nice and relaxing. I probably use it a lot more than I should with the whole working from home thing but it just feels nice.
I’m really looking forward to how it feels after I go for long runs again in a few weeks.
Will it work on abnormally-shaped body parts? (Asking for a friend)
Also, I should add, my friend’s feet are uniquely shaped, almost what you might call tubular, with only one very big toe. (the result of an unfortunate genetic defect…
For all of those who answered “Bare Feet” on survey, I highly recommend you stop doing that. Podiatrists say the only time you should be barefoot is in the shower and in bed. If you don’t have Plantar Fasciitis yet, you have something coming your way. Wear shoes… From a Nurse…
Foot size 7.5 women. I’m a nurse on my feet for 13 hour shifts. My feet hurt so badly that sometimes I limp. I’ve tried a few foot massagers over the years. This one works!!! It feels great. After a 15 minute session, my feet felt loose and strong.
Oops…Our doorman had asked a few weeks ago for us to only have essential items delivered. In comes my foot massager yesterday (which I love almost as much as my massage pillow) with no outer box. Just big letters all over the box that it is a foot massager. The doorman and the engineer stopped me when I went down to get it. The doorman said “I asked you all only to have essential items delivered.” I said “Then I get a foot massager.” He said “No, that one is essential!”.
It gets the toes really well, and like others have mentioned, not so much on the heels. It applies a decent amount of pressure. It just stopped, and now… I’m turning it back on again.
This is one of my favorite purchases this year. Their customer service is beyond great. They sent me a new foot liner just in case I need it. Quarantine means I can’t get my bi-weekly massage therapy. This foot massager helped fill the gap.

I’m in these rock and my feet suck ass so good for me!!
@bugger “my feet suck ass” paints a very disturbing image.

Reviews are… strangely… really good.
/image confused
@stinks why is it being sold on Meh then?
/image perplexed
@pmarin Exactly my concern!
Stick your feet in… yes, that’s right… a little closer…
robot chomping noises
@msayler
You remind me of the Stephen King short story, “The Mangler.”
(Skip the movie.)
It looks like a jet pack.
I want to know what sick fuck made the “FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY” warning label necessary.
@alacrity If it massages, someone will find a way to make it internal.
@TBoneZeOriginal rule 34
@alacrity the gift of our legal system
Average star rating on Amazon looks great but there are some VERY conflicting reviews.
At the end of the day, I think it all depends on the shape of your feet. And there’s no good way to know if it’ll feel okay until you try it.
Either way, I’m tempted to get one for the wife for Mother’s Day. She’s a teacher and on her feet all day.

I always wondered what happened to SICO the robot from Rocky 4
Luke, I am your … foot masseuse?
@hchavers actually made me think Spaceballs, so yeah.
@hchavers @ybmuG so it wasn’t only me
$64? That’s a load of Shiatsu.
Why does it come with two remotes?
@elpepe Left and Right
What if our doggie actually prefers to do so whilst on a walk, away from home?
(Far greater territory marking possibilities, don’t yah know.)
Now that you’ve mentioned it, I really would prefer the hovercraft cyber-bike.
Someone convince me not to get this.
Oh wait, I don’t really have any free money these days…
Rex Ryan gives this five stars, and a lick.
@phonepole thanks for at least bringing back a fond memory of when we had sports. And how did Rex get such a hot wife?
At first I was really excited to buy my first jetpack at under a hundred bucks. Imagine my disappointment.

Does it come with Nite Owl and Silk Spectre action figures?

I’ve never been so disappointed to find out what a product was.
Apparently if you have big feet it doesn’t massage the heels that well. Too bad. Was considering it since my planters fasciitis has been acting up.
@RiotDemon I couldn’t even fit my feet inside the one of these I tried in Japan, and I’m only a size 11.
@winfield cool, thanks.
I guess I’ll continue using the portable back massager for my feet.

@oluminuminum What is the very basic foot massager that you have?

Or, if you have a dog, smear peanut butter on your feet!
@daveinwarsh ew, no thank you.
I thought it was a tent at first
My first thought was ‘a mini biosphere on meh!’ awesome

@Mandamm true statement, and that is why the podiatrist says I have it … but I still walking barefoot. There is no hope for me lol

@BetsyMiller Thank you for all your hard work, recently and always. I’m glad the massager is helping!
