- @ironcheftoni @njfan Our usual UPS guy, Mark, is great. I know him outside of package delivery - my daughter went to high school with his step-son and the two kids dated for a while.

- @duodec test run was mixed. Need something to turn larger pies more easily. Definitely has a learning curve. It’s is HOT! You really need to have the stone at about 700 before dough goes in and rotation is key. But man I’m so over the moon! Once I get it dialed in the pizza is going to be fantastic!

- @duodec I do have a peel. I think I need a slightly smaller one just for turning. I managed to singe all the hair off my arm trying to use one of my heavy metal spats that wasn’t long enough.
