The meh branded ones, VMP surprises from last last December. Mine (lightning) seems to have died. Is just over a year of sporadic use (not even monthly) an expected life span for this? Are yours working?
I use each of mine at least three time a week and I've never had a problem. It's awesome having both cables right on my keychain so I never need to dig around when I need to sync or charge.

I bought some, 2 for Tuesday I think, mostly for the Irk phone stand. I've had one on my keychain but never used it - no idea if it works. I have at least one more laying around the house if anyone wants it.
I keep one of each type in the drawer at work, since we have lots of consultants who travel. The lightning has been used once or twice a week with no issues. The micro probably gets more use, and still works too.
I've kept mine on my key chain since they sent them out to VMPs. I use it a few times a month when I've forgotten mine, usually for a quick charge. Still works great
@RedOak I'm with ya on that, and the one I can always find in my pocket, that is worn thin plus likely doesn't work, but honestly I haven't tried it...
Over a year? Yeah, that's unexpected alright; some didn't even work well when new!
mine never worked. I was pretty sure they were disposable and not intended for more than one use anyway
