@Catman252 Oof, friend. You ordered the IRK from a different account than the one you bought the mower from. Let me see if there’s anything I can do here.
@Thumperchick yeah tbh IDk how I even did that .So automatically should I have a account on sidedeal with the same credentials as meh ? I assumed I had to make a seperate account > im so MEH !!! lol
Refund shows on my SideDeal but hasn’t come thru on my credit card yet. Support said it could take a few days based on my bank. I will wait until Tue or Wed and if the refund doesn’t come thru on my CC I will contact Chad again.
Don’t gamble if you can’t afford to lose money.
Probably not a worry as I believe it’s all a manual process, but if you want some added assurance, go ahead and contact Support.

It’s worth noting that some banks take up to 10 days to process refunds.
If it shows as refunded on your orders page, the refund was issued and it’ll show up soon.
