Suggest adding "we know the site is annoying sometimes but we are figuring all of this out". Maybe "mehta" at the top. Or "mehtaocrity".
Btw, after I ordered two meh tshirts clicking "show me my order" (or whatever it was called) resulted in a blank page. Also navigation isn't obvious and keep getting shown a new login page.
