So, you all probably know that Dr. Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel) was born on this day in 1904…

Bet you didn’t know it was the day I married my husband. What a day – it was enough to convince me one wedding is enough for a lifetime!!
He is my greatest strength and my biggest weakness. He has propped me up when I needed the assistance and he has pointed out when I needed to overcome my flaws… (ask my daughter, I have LOTS of them!) I wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world…

- @f00l Thank you!!! It was the best I could do … My FIL was a drunk, but he gave up alcohol every year during Lent. My husband didn’t want to deal with the drinking and I love each of them quite a lot. So if I was going to be stuck with a March wedding date, I was going to have fun with it.

If you tell Alexa to open National Day Tracker, you can find out what else is being celebrated on any given day. Today, for example, is National Salesperson Day, National Day of Unplugging, National Anthem Day, National Cold Cuts Day, National I Want You to Be Happy Day… It’s also Florida Statehood Day. National Banana Cream Pie Day was yesterday.

- @OldCatLady ohhh yeahh… we have chocolate cream pie in the refrigerator… Forgot about that. Had a groupon to a pie place, and spent WAYYYYY to much on pies! They had savory pies as well. Chowhound kid loved the shepard’s pie pocket!
