@hamjudo Yeh-last night was a disaster. Figured the 2nd or 3rd item as in past years would be an IRk, but the website crapped out. Tried every which way to get on with no success so just went to bed. Got an IRK via the VMP time. Figure they have had 4 IRK at 200@ so they have one more coming to get to an even 1,000. Probably the next item and then the crappy tee shirts.

I got the table the 3 covers and the bottom of the ottoman. I didn’t get a seat cushion or back cushion, was I mistaken that they were included, or are these being shipped separately?
I didn’t get a cover for the ottoman, the cushion, or the… second cushion (back cushion?), but I did get a cover that appears to go to some other thing that I didn’t receive. The instructions also mention some kind of tape, which I can’t find. Am I an idiot? Did I misunderstand what I was buying? Am I an utter moron? Help.
Got mine today and love my color! Now I just want a side insert, but that costs more without a cover than this whole thing did! My cat is already making herself at home.

Thank you for helping @susanrm, I went back to look at the sale where I bought my one base, seat, ottoman, whatever we call it. Here is the configuration I want to make–I need 3 sides if I choose to do it.
I don’t want my back cushion propped up against the wall like some dorm room.
That’s what bean bags and saucer chairs are for. lol
@susanrm@therealjrn trust me I have 7 seats and 8 side/backs that I’ve purchased from here. These are also the series 5 not 6 so there are no deep sides for these.
@Ignorant@therealjrn I thought you were saying it came with sides. This particular ottoman did not come with sides. Just a back cushion. Thanks for letting me know that the deep side is not for this series. While the website is clear about most things, it is not about this.

Does the back pillow have anything to support it, or do you need to buy additional pieces to configure it into a chair?

@saintsfan504 they should be shoved into the bottom of the ottoman. Remove the two sticks, pull them out and fluff them up.
