@Weboh They are the stick-on connection pads to allow a TENS unit to send electrical pulses through a selected body part or area for the purpose of stimulating one or more muscles. Their utility is widely debated.

Thanks. When I see 3.5mm, I think headphone jack, which this looks nothing like. It said TENS about 4 times in that description without once clarifying what it means. Bad marketing, which partly explains their poor reception. But also

I was looking for a massage gun I have but instead I came across this, which I got in an Irk a while back and forgot about! And now my left knee is bugging me so I think Iโll try it.

@Kyeh I have like three different kits. One was Rx after my car accident. It is REALLY nice. But if you place the pads properly it feels like the your muscles are being massaged.

@Kyeh They are taken but go through the revel thread and the two irk threads (some people only posted there) and likely you can make the same deal with those folks - pads for postage. I saw at least 3 or 4 other people get some so far.

I only got i think 6, and Iโm glad thatโs all. There was no context really so it took me a few seconds to parse what they were. Not sure who could use them though. It was that IQ technologies brand
@unksol Any that use the standardized snap connector can use these. Apparently a lot do. There are 10 pads in every ziplock packet.
@Kidsandliz there are only 6 in this IQ lifetime pack thing with a set of leads. Point was more idk if someone local could use them to donate. They arenโt a goodwill option probably, would just get trashed. So. Might be more a question if someone needed them in a flate rate envelope. I donโt know if they are even worth shipping.
I donโt mind if they are useful to someone. Better than the trash

@Schlein go through the reveal thread and whisper each person who listed them. I think I remember someone other than me wanting to give them away for postage. Mine have a home but I know at least 8 or 9 people got some, some of them got a ton of them like I did.
I only got one - the butterfly one. Looked it up on the Tens site and it is out of stock. But other shapes were there. While I donโt plan to try to sell mine, I really hate to make landfill. So have it listed as a freebie on BuyNothing. Will move on to the other sites that handle giveaway stuff if I donโt get a taker on BuyNothing.
