Almost hit buy just from seeing Kershaw but then the picture loaded and I realized I've already got this one. I like it. The slender pointy tip is nice. Buy it!
Also, disappointed that neither knifemeh.com or knife.meh.com work. I thought there was a secret message.
@djslack Yup. The chumps running that site must be a bunch of cart bags. ;) Maybe they're going for price comparisons since this exact knife is $23.99 over there.
It's made in China FYI. My new rule is only US and German made knives. Not cause I'm a snob (ok, maybe a little) but because I have "way to many knives" and this helps me moderate my "collection"
@remo28 Damn if that site isn't the virtual equivalent of sifting through the 5 dollar DVD bin at Wal-Mart now. After 15 minutes of clicking around I finally found the knives. They may tempt me back into a purchase with that Chive deal.
@escapecar that's why I just got 2 more for my nephews. I love mine (EDC 50% of the time). The blade does have a stabby point/feel to it and I <3 assisted openers
Meh, I liked this the last time you sold it, which is why I bought one, the last time, that you had it on here, I have it already, I like Kershaw's, I need a bigger one, I have big hands, you know what they say about people with bigger hands, yep, we need bigger knives.
Yep, third time I've bought this knife from Meh/OldVersionOfMeh. It's a good knife; especially for $10. I use it to open letters. I need a lot of letter openers.
I want this knife but just two days ago we saw the video at work talking about not bringing weapons to work. I already have enough knives sitting around doing nothing except opening Meh.com boxes.
So this comes with the rotating KNIFE and MEH.COM tattoo? That's worth $15 right there. Because without a built-in bottle opener, which my current Kershaw has, this was a no-buy.
Bought this item last time it was offered and i can say it is awesome, worth 3x what it cost today..has a nice click when it snaps open its really a great value !!
For those of you that dont own a Ken Onion Leek i just picked one up on Amazon for $28.02 my good it opens like a switch blade and is sharper then anything you can imagine including a razor with a point to die for wait that didnt come out rite lol
I bought one because my knifes seem to wander off, I mean I find them again eventually but right now I am knifeless and no one is asking me is that a knife in your pocket or are you happy to see me so I bought one of these and sure enough my groddy old imperial fake swiss army knife will show up or one of the many kershaw and shrade knifes will. So it goes
Not that anyone will read this, but I bought this knife on this day and carried it until the summer of 2016. Then I lost it. I was sure I had left it at a customer site, and it was gone when I went back a few weeks later.
This was the first knife larger than a tiny Swiss Army one I had carried daily, and I got used to having a larger knife. And I really like the action on this one, how centered the blade is, and the noise it makes when it locks open.
I got a bit knife happy when I went to replace it. I have mostly Kershaw knives because I like the way their assisted open works, but I have others, too.
I have several cheap ones, like the clunky EMT one I got here and three Wal-Mart models I got around Christmas.
I replaced the Asset with a Cryo, which is smaller. It’s heavy for its size, but it looks great.
I temporarily lost that one around Thanksgiving. I found it about a week later, but not before I’d gone Black Friday crazy and bought three Ken Onion USA-made knives, the Leek, the Chive, and the Scallion. I’ve been mostly carrying the Scallion (with a dayglo fob, so I don’t lose it).
But tonight, in a box in a closet, I found the Asset. It must have fallen out of My pocket or something. It’s just as good as I remember, and it will be my work knife again.
(I like the Leek, but its blade is a bit thin for prying.)
@PlacidPenguin That’s the right kind of leek. They make a fourth allium-named gallium-designed knife, the Shallot, but it’s pretty big. They got carried away with the Onion jokes.
I slightly regret getting the Chive because it’s so tiny. It’s well-made and all, but it’s tiny.

Meh. Don't need another knife yet. Not that I always come here for stuff I "need" anyway.
@marvelljones you always need another knife, i have this one and its amazing, in for 3 more
Slashing prices over here.
@jsh139 Cutting up the competition
@jsh139 Sharp deal
@jsh139 A well honed write up.
@jsh139 I see the blade has be tempered with!
@jsh139 what's the point of only buying one? In for three.
@jsh139 Meh. I'm on the edge.
I assume the morphing finger tatts are included.
@joelmw yeah, that runs at least $75 at the local ink shop. In for three, one to give away.
That's knife but I want a fixed blade stabber.
@yakkoTDI I don't think we've seen any fixed-blades that weren't kitchen knives.
@ianimal not that I'm keeping track.......
@ianimal Then a fixed blade stabber is definitely something they should offer.
Love today's write up! Not buying one, though.
@DaveInSoCal - It is extra great today.
It slices it dices it tears my St. Louis Rams a new one
Almost hit buy just from seeing Kershaw but then the picture loaded and I realized I've already got this one. I like it. The slender pointy tip is nice. Buy it!
Also, disappointed that neither knifemeh.com or knife.meh.com work. I thought there was a secret message.
@djslack - Extra stabby?
@KDemo Helpful for being stabby in tight places.
@djslack knivesandspeakerdocks.com
I'm waiting for the knife or speakerdock sale.
I seriously have a problem.. In for 1...
Truly Meh. Knives are to Meh as Vacuums are to the old place.
If only we had a spoon
Hello, my name is ian and I give cash for knives.
@ianimal Hi, my name's jaremelz and I take cash with knives.
@ianimal will you give me $30 for a Kershaw 1930?
@thismyusername Lemme do some research...
@jaremelz its a tool! I swear!
@thismyusername it seems I am only willing to give $10 (or $30 for 3). Do you honor VMP?
@ianimal naw, oh well was worth a shot... you should act now, it's not like there are a million of these laying around in some warehouse in texas.
@thismyusername yes probably only about 3-4 days of 1.2-1.5k sales plus 200-300 rando FUKU. Not millions! As if!
Hahahah!!! They'll be gone soon!
Haha
ha
Oh god
Prove the write-up wrong, folks. Nobody buy any of these nor any of these other sick blades.
@medz Damn. A) I have all those knives, I feel bad. B) It's like they bought things from Meh to sell at twice the price!
@djslack Yup. The chumps running that site must be a bunch of cart bags. ;) Maybe they're going for price comparisons since this exact knife is $23.99 over there.
@medz It amuses me that they spelled it "Kersaw" in the page header
It's made in China FYI. My new rule is only US and German made knives. Not cause I'm a snob (ok, maybe a little) but because I have "way to many knives" and this helps me moderate my "collection"
@RedHot What do you have against Japanese knives?
@craigthom Yeah, I hear only good things about Hanzo steel.
@RedHot What do you have against "too"?
@stinks lost an o to some sort of sharp bladed object.
I wish you had the white shuffle again, https://meh.com/forum/topics/kershaw-shuffle-snow-white-knife
Mine was stolen and the one today doesn't look like a dragon.
@remo28 the link from @medz above has that one for a decent price and free shipping
@remo28 Here you go! https://morningsave.com/deals/kershaw-shuffle-snow-white-knife-1
@medz Yeah, but I only paid $7 for it last time. I don't want to pay more. I'd like to know what asshat stole it in the first place.
@remo28 I had an asshat steal my rainbow titanium Leek. I'd like Meh to get their hands on some of those.
I see woot has the dragon knife in black on sale today. Still more $ than I originally paid. But I do like the black.
@remo28 Damn if that site isn't the virtual equivalent of sifting through the 5 dollar DVD bin at Wal-Mart now. After 15 minutes of clicking around I finally found the knives. They may tempt me back into a purchase with that Chive deal.
@djslack Got mine right here.
Rainbow
@droopus I miss that!
@djslack I ended up getting it. Mostly because I found something else to combine shipping with.
Knives make lovely stocking stuffers. That's what I'm telling myself, anyway.
@escapecar Also a great stocking slasher.
@escapecar that's why I just got 2 more for my nephews. I love mine (EDC 50% of the time).
The blade does have a stabby point/feel to it and I <3 assisted openers
paranoid-touchy-animal
lolz
I have to admit, Meh will always get my knife order. And I say that as someone who owns the Mr. Hankey knife.
@Aquaman A friend brought over the poo knife the other day. After handling it in person, the next time it comes up I'm buying one.
@Aquaman the poo knife is actually a damn nice knife. This one is fine. I gave the poo to my SO because yuck, but now regret that decision.
Cool it's a knife! Oh wait I already got this one last time.
It's a decent knife, I like the way the handle fits into my hand (the knife is bigger than it looks). But I don't like the wimpy curvy blade so much.
It's fine for 10$ though. You'll certainly look quite the badass "deploying" this bad boy to open your next Fuku.
These are good knives, but already bought 2 last time. Bought Mr. Hankey too, it's a better knife but for $10 you can't go wrong...
Super sharp out of the box btw
Meh.com has a good point
In for 2: jumping-wry-cobweb
I got 2 of the other Kershaw blades before off meh. I love them. Carry one with me everyday.
For the "cutups" in your family
This deal slices the competition in half .. Maybe more ..
Aww someone else already said something similar .. Guess I'm losing my cutting edge tonight
How many knives can I buy before I wind up on a list?
@askaboutasun you mean the " Blade runner" list??
I already have a plethora of Kershaw knives from their annual warehouse sale.
@PenguinOnTheRox That sounds like a place I could blow some serious money. Jealous.
Too big and I just got a Purple Leek. But I'd buy a CRKT Pazoda with a Meh. logo!
Knife or Nothing
Like the old nerf commercials
Same knife is much higher priced over at Morning Save.
https://morningsave.com/events/kersaw-assorted-knives
Gosh, who runs that expensive site.
This deal brought me out of my months long anti-VMP depression. Damnit. In for three, perfect Christmas gift.
Meh, I liked this the last time you sold it, which is why I bought one, the last time, that you had it on here, I have it already, I like Kershaw's, I need a bigger one, I have big hands, you know what they say about people with bigger hands, yep, we need bigger knives.
@supichoo And apparently they have lots of commas, but only one period. ;)
@supichoo Try the Cryo II. About as big as I'll go for EDC as far as size and weight is concerned.
@MehAmphetamine @supichoo I believe the cryo II is on sport.woot right now also.
Bath
How did I miss the mr. hankey knife? Somuhnabastidge
So this comes with the rotating KNIFE and MEH.COM tattoo? That's worth $15 right there. Because without a built-in bottle opener, which my current Kershaw has, this was a no-buy.
I do love this knife. It's the coolest way to open all those amazon prime packages.
Dexter approves.
@mellowirishgent link?
@mfauske88 GO TO AMAZON.COM AND PUT IN KEN ONION LEEK ITS RETAILING AT THIS MOMENT FOR 42.00
Meh should have a repost rule where all reports are a minimum % lower that the previous sale.
this video should be posted every time theres a knife
BTW, how do you imbed videos?
@jonkliao Just copy and paste the URL.
@craigthom
@craigthom
I did.
@craigthom My husband loves his chive, but he mostly uses it to cut twine and open packages. To each their own.
Nice knife!
