@Eris Yeah, it's not unusual for people to shop from overseas sites using special shipping services, despite the additional cost and delayed shipping. It's not that much trouble once you have an account set up with one of those shipping services. Lets you get around the no shipping outside U.S. restrictions, and shipping rates are usually cheaper than having a friend or relative ship it to you from the U.S., or shipping charged by sites that do ship to Korea.

@bluedyn I'm with you. They tried the first delivery 2 days ago but I couldn't be here. Had no idea signature was going to be required. Finally got it today, have to say I really like it!

@tinkertime So online tracking said it'd be redelivered. Door tag said it was in apartment office. They don't have it. Perhaps FedEx started their Christmas shopping/stealing early so as to be less suspicious.

@bluedyn I sure hope they redeliver and no one took it! I actually had to call FedEx because after 1st delivery attempt I left a note asking the driver to take the box either 1/2 mile around the corner to my Mom's house or to put it in the storage box on my front porch. He left me another door tag which said "sorry, you'll have to call the office". The lady at FedEx told me it had to be signed for by an actual resident of the home but she'd put in the system that it would be ok for my Mom to sign for it if she was at my house. Way too much work for a damn purse. Since looking at it more the only thing I don't like is I am 5'9" with a long torso and it is not a long enough strap to wear crossbody, I'll have to punch another hole in the strap or just carry it by the handles. But my ipad air fits in it perfectly.

@tinkertime I called FedEx from work before I spotted the lying door tag. She said home delivery works on Saturday. If it's a no show tmw, I can arrange to pick up at local FedEx store. Hopefully Meh staff is reading this and tells their 3rd party shippers not to use direct sig method. Since it came from NJ, maybe this was kate spade level delivery security? It's sad you can't crossbody it, but I'm shorter. So maybe I can. Tho I'm used to my little Coach handbag, so if it's a too short long strap, no big deal. On these smaller bags the long strap usually is long enough to be annoying and too short to be truly useful. wtf is the point?

@tinkertime Yes! I meant to reply on Saturday, but I got lazy. FedEx does Saturday home delivery, and my nice delivery man gave me a talking to about how the note I left on my door on Friday didn't work since I'd requested direct signature. I said I didn't request it, and he was surprised. But we were both happy I was there on Saturday and able to sign and get my package.
The bag is beautiful and a perfect size. I'm a huge fan of internal pockets designated as places for specific things. My only complaint is the narrow opening. I'd like it to zip a little further down the sides so I can dig around in it blindly while doing other things, but that would mess up the design of the outside. :)
