Amazon reviews aren’t great: 52% - 5 stars, 28% - 1 star. Trend was durability - failed after around 6 months & customer service was very slow. Pass.

I have yet to get this thing to open a single bottle (Fog n Light 2019 Pinot) … it just clicks n clicks but I can “use” it to open the bottle if you hold the opener and massage the bottle like opening champagne it “might” pull the cork out. Use a screw to extract the cork from the opener *when it gets stuck up in there
