I hope I didn’t steal someone’s thunder if they were the first reveal for the birthday meh-rathon but posted to another thread.

Gee, value of the gold alone in this box has got to be worth more than this $30 IRK.
Nomodo furry portable speaker. A definite attention getter when I walk around with this. Not.
romp - all purpose grooming wipes for dogs + cats, soothing green tea. 4 pack. I volunteer at the pantry across the street. It’s connected with the church. On pantry day, they hand out bags of groceries. In a small section they give out toiletries and in another section they give out pet supplies and food. I’ll make sure they know these are pet wipes and not dude wipes. I don’t want these to end up with the human toiletries.

@MrGoodGuy Thanks. That’s one place I didn’t look before posting. I was looking for a new post that said “reveal” in the title. But you’re right, their posts are earlier than mine.
Also, it looks like some of the Birthday IRKs may have posted on the July IRK reveal thread which was started for the June 26 meh-rathon.
@MrGoodGuy Also, I’m noticing the orange and white IRK bags on some of the July IRK reveal thread posts. My birthday IRK bag was orange and white. I’m wondering if these bags are from the birthday meh-rathon.
@rcwbbb I don’t believe the IRK bags are “event specific”; I’ve seen lots of variations in previous event reveal threads.

@milstarr I might have to re-check my IRK–I think I got a medium long-sleeved light-blue shirt that is much too small for me, as I am more of the XXL variety of human. Not sure shipping would be worth the swap, but I could look into it…

Got a great irk, was wondering why it had a reprint label and then a garbage bag on the pan set. Well there must have been a mishap in transit via FedEx because my label is covered in paint or tar. I actually think they re-boxed it since the original label was on the pan set. Box was cut open and all the contents were in a larger package.
I ended up with two that day with the side deal. Got a hoodie, some WiFi spotlights, misting fan, and queen sheet set

Got mine on Sunday. No need for pictures. Dog wipes. 5 Trackrs. JVC earbuds. Orange IRK bag. Oh, and the only thing “new” (to the IRK reveals) was a garishly furry pink speaker. It works.
Considering the speakers work, this beats the past 3 IRKs by a lot! However, had this one not been $12, I would have sat it out. And even with it being that, I regret…
Got mine Sunday but was too lazy to open it. Then I picked it up yesterday and thought it was gonna be shit bc of how light it was but I was pleasantly surprised. I got

@Star2236 I got that fan too which made me very happy as it is hot and humid as hell here daily for months and I do some volunteer work outside.

@username no. because the regret doesn’t happen until after you take delivery and realize that you spend $15 on outdated TrackRs.

This was the first decent irk I have gotten in ages. THANKS MEH!!! Mostly recently I have gotten tons of eye masks, condoms, expired by a lot, broken or unidentifiable parts to who knows what stuff and things along that line (the 80 or so trackrs I have was before the last runs of the stuff all of us now have a ton of).
I was thrilled to get the misting fan as it is hot and humid as hell here (deep south, armpit of the nation) and at the food bank I volunteer I get way too hot and my face gets bright red.
Most of what we do is outside and unloading 55-60 pound boxes from two trucks doesn’t help the situation. I figure it’s my free gym. th heat and it can be miserable. A paper fan just doesn’t cut it. I had actually started to look at neck fans - the kind that sit on your neck rather than hang by the tether like this one does - but hey this will do even though it doesn’t say upright aimed at your face unless you are standing or sitting still.
The weird shower head with strange balls of stuff in there to filter the water if I recall correctly?
Another body suit only this one is size large (the other was small)- I think it is supposed to be a body girdle maybe? Who knows. Size L No use for this.
Like others gummy ear buds with them in a sealed box. I am sure this one will “walk” when my kid comes over.
Irk bag to add to my collection. By the way there is someone out there who recognized these when I was at MD Anderson Cancer Center in June. I use them there to be the “cookie fairy” as one clinic calls me and carry around cookies and brownie bites to give to the staff I see in the clinics I have to go to. I offer these to staff and my oncologists. So come out come out who ever you are and say hi on here as I forgot to ask you what your meh name was when you stopped me in the hall (and yes I gave him a cookie too).
The best one I gave out though was on an elevator. There was a very tired and sad looking resident or fellow. I offered her some and she took one brownie bite, told me they were her favorite so gave her what was left in the container. She told me that made her day as she had just been yelled at by an attending in front of a bunch of people for forgetting something (she was getting off of a 24 hour shift). That was totally inappropriate behaivor by the oncologist. Glad he isn’t one of mine…
And a santa tree that I still haven’t figured out how to get out of the box without damaging the packing material. I plan to give it as a christmas present to someone with little kids so don’t want to wreck the packaging as I will have to mail it. If I figure out how to get it out I will take a photo of this ceramic tree with santas.

I’m not the sort to care about gemstones, but doesn’t meh sell some diamond jewelry every now and then? This is a pair of earrings and a necklace.

I was picking up a prescription a Walgreens today and I always check the clearance items. Liquid death, same brand as the energy drinks sells face makes. I don’t know that I want liquid death soaking into my face.

PSA: For anyone w/ the JVC Gumy earbuds. These things are old --They weren’t very good when they were new. Open them up, pull the protective plastic off each earbud, charge up the base, and make sure both light up. There seems to be a lot of us that have only one that charges/shows any sign of life… Maybe we can unite a few broken pairs, “reverse casemates” style.
If anyone has two pairs, it’d be good to know if the magic hold-button-15-second reset lets you mix and match! Otherwise, perhaps you can post in this thread and whisper a friend
@caffeineguy Huh. I had two separate JVC’s. They charged up (didn’t test how long they could hold the charge before I gave them away). Didn’t think they could mix and match.

Just got back from a few lovely days at the coast and was a little worried about opening this because it was so light. Wound up being some trackers and three different sound devices. All three work! The tallest took the gummy earbuds. The middle took the over ear. The youngest can’t stop giggling about the fuzzy pink speaker. Can’t complain. Thanks for the old school irk meh!

The funniest part was getting a Conair steam iron I previously purchased on either Meh or Woot. 🫠
@OON7 that steam iron looks great! I got one in an irk a while back but it was cracked open so I had to trash it. Hopes yours is in one piece.
This one and the previous one showed up at my house a day apart. Looks like the other photo didn’t work before my goodwill run but it was pretty similar except for a 3 piece London Fog bag set. I bought a few of those fans, they’re really nice except they run out of battery quickly. So an extra is good.
