It could be virtual. Each caucus and candidate could have their own live streams. You could show a moderated and sponsored steam on TV, and you can make the raw feeds pay per views. The money from the pay per views could then be ‘infused’ into Jacksonville’s economy.
Perhaps there wasn’t room to hold the entire convention inside the ICU wing of one of your hospitals
@f00l I can’t imagine why. Duval County only reported 378 new cases today, and 5 deaths.
@f00l @OldCatLady ouch.
Now of course the next question is in which city do they now plan to create a covid explosion vector party?

@Kidsandliz Like some other things they are copying Joe Biden by having a virtual convention.
Maybe Wheeling, West Virginia?
After all, now that Big Coal has roared back, they’re ready to party like when the oxy flowed like Niagara through the state.
Now DeSant"ass" is going to go have to go a little farther to keep his lips firmly planted on the Orange Skidmark’s ass.
@Felton10 I thought it was Duh Santis.
Jax city council wants to know how much mayor Lenny Curry spent in his quest for glory. My tax dollars went WHERE?
@OldCatLady
From the article:
Interesting perspective on where money comes from that pays for staff time. The mayor exists in an alternative reality perhaps?
