I hate pugs so much. They're pretty much the worst dog. I'm sharing this with the old shoe right now. She actually kind of likes them, but hopefully this video will help my side of the argument
Ha. I love pugs. I inherited one, wound up being the best dog I ever had. No health problems up until she died at a bit over 13 years old. Didn't bark unless you wanted her to. Also was a chick magnet.
It's a complex issue: on one hand it seems wrong to deliberately breed in health problems, on the other nearly all domestic dogs are far from wild dogs, which generally aren't treated very well by humans (coyotes are often shot when they get on a farm, for example). Wild coyotes and pugs actually have similar life expectancy, and wild animals have their share of health issues too, so it isn't just a health issue. It's more a philosophical point of whether it's better to live naturally or comfortably. Most humans would choose comfort but we can't know that dogs would too. Neither fully agree nor disagree with singing cowboy man.
Kinda meh this week. Only 39 seconds? A rare miss. Still a fan of Singin' Cowboy Time!
Here and we thought its brevity was a feature
Nah, I like when they are about 1:00-1:30. At that length the songs can go in such a sinister direction.
It's true. I never understood why people purposely breed animals that are guaranteed to have health problems.
one of the ugliest dogs ever
I prefer my small dogs in normal dog proportions.

"Haggis" would be an awesome name for a pug. Or maybe a bulldog.
@homechicken I will have a bulldog named "haggis." thanks for this. If you have a name for a second one, throw it on out there.
@taternuggets For a second name, try "Snotrocket" or "Fuzznuts." Or something funny like "Colonel Stumpy Longbottom McWiddershins."

I completely agree, a pug is so ugly it makes even me look good
BTW - the video is unlisted. Intentional?
im pretty sure all their videos are this way
I looked through several and this was the only unlisted video I saw.
I make them public in batches of a few at a time after they show up here. But we'd just as soon Meh is the place people come to see them.
That makes sense.
Also, ya'll need to start throwing some tags on your videos so they start showing up in searches better.
Yeah, so far we are really not optimizing them for YouTube. (See above reply.)
Disagree
I'll bet it's pretty tricky thinking of tunes that aren't too similar to something you've already done before. Good luck with that.
Banking on people forgetting these videos very shortly after they end.
As a song writer, I agree with this. I found that after a few years, I had started trying to recycle old melodies
Yes, but is he allowed to recycle old melodies/topics from the long long ago? You know, the before times?
That happened last year when they had to edit the audio of a coffee commercial because the jingle summoned Huitloxopetl.
Totally agree. I'm sure a few of you have pugs and love them, but no.

The Bible says we have dominion over the animals. Moral free pass! Srsly though, I think it's silly because we're all animals.
"For what happens to the children of man and what happens to the beasts is the same. As one dies, so dies the other." ECC 3:19
Pugception!
