Out of curiosity, why didn’t you sign up for the membership program, if you made a purchase anyways? You’d save on shipping for other purchases through the month, and can cancel before the renewal.

We got an irk. My family is always really excited to get these. My children even help us unbox the irk surprises. There was a used steam cleaner included in the irk this time. There was NO hazzard sticker on the outside of the box. There is some fluid still inside the reservoir, I’m not sure what it is. The steam pad is dirty with unknown dried material and animal or human hair. Possibly human and/or pet dried fluid is on the pad. I’m not sure. I grabbed this dirty used cleaning pad with my bare hands, not knowing it was dirty when I opened the box. I’m pretty sure you not supposed send dirty human and/or animal dried fluids to people unknowingly. I understand you can get broken or used things but this is just unsanitary and a hazard to my family’s health. I recommend wearing your personal protective equipment when opening these boxes. I must say I do regret buying this irk. So disappointed Meh.
I have gotten a peak instant regret kit. It has the parts to a shark stick vacuum… but no motor! It also had a juicer attachment for a quisinart mixer and a meh brand herb grinder.
