Spooky, hmmmm, define spooky.
Do you mean halloweenie, Samhain, scary movie, terrifying, et al,
Terrifying was the chest buster from Alien back when I first saw it in 1979, it was my daughter’s first movie. Don’t make a big deal of it, she was 3 weeks old. It let to Bjo walking in the middle of the street away from dumpsters and dark nooks.
Halloweenie, the bad guys from Scooby Doo. I loved that series. Just watched the Velma Halloween Special. I know people say bad things about the retelling, but it is a different era.
As for halloween gifts:
A stuffed alien toy for Ripley’s cat
Scooby snacks
And a nice witchy spell to bring Velma back to life.
@blaineg@Cerridwyn Many decades ago I was on a temporary assignment in Minneapolis. The Army had a contract with an old hotel being renovated, and they put me in an empty corridor scheduled for renovation the week after my stay. The exit door to the parking lot was blocked by construction materials, so my way in/out was down the corridor, down the stairs, down a long empty hallway that had already been stripped for renovation, and out to the parking lot. On the return trip every night after 10 PM, I spent the walk regretting that I had ever read/seen The Shining.
You just know that the guy from Saw would be into IRKs big time. #collab?
Norman Bates. Clothes and makeup kits for his Mom.
@rockblossom Sounds like more of a morningsave shopper.
@mossygreen @rockblossom I agree but don’t know why.
@jouest @mossygreen Maybe you two understand Norman’s thought processes just a bit too well.
@jouest @rockblossom I think anyone can appreciate feminine athleisure apparel that supports without inhibiting full range of motion.

@Cerridwyn Spoilers!?!
@Cerridwyn My best friend parked behind the 1200 seat theater when we went to see Alien.
We KNEW that the alien was lurking in every shadow and behind every dumpster as walked down that thousand mile long alley to get back to his car.

@blaineg @Cerridwyn @rockblossom thanks, I hate it
@jouest teehee
Not sure if this counts, but I’ve always been very fond of the Luigi’s Mansion games. I play them every October!
Jason Voorhees is my favorite. And I think he would be a fan of the knives that Meh offers from time to time.
