Why stop at yellow? You could add a few colored chunks, maybe a dollop of coolwhip, and let people announce their “diagnosis”.

yeah, don’t have to stick to lemon jello. Aren’t there some drugs that make your pee turn funny colors? Also instead of plain vodka, flavored vodkas or even Schnapps work well too.
