I am presuming from that sentence that the ones not sacked are the ones you play with and they are then likely, umm, attached.

I think you may learn something from a certain 4.5 year old girl. As said girl, who was having a male multi-jointed male doll (part of the just turned 8 year old’s birthday present that included a motorcycle and off road for said doll) play with himself “down there” to quote her, told her then 6, almost 7 year old who had his equipment “down there” out of his pants peeing on a fire ant hill, “You can’t play with your stuff down there in public any more” (we had had a discussion about what those parts were called, that you didn’t play with them in public and I had to inform her that she had different parts there as she didn’t realize hers weren’t the same despite bathing with her brothers, she informed me she didn’t play with her’s in public…). The 8 year old said he couldn’t play with his because it was stuck to his leg (no underpants on I guess). The lesson is: Don’t play with your balls in public. Anymore. If you have been doing so.

Is this some sort of new city regulation or maybe by zip code?
Surely this doesn’t apply to everyone.
I mean, if you’re next to a school that makes sense.
What if you’re sitting at the drive thru for Wendys & they take a really really long time… or maybe shopping at a yard sale?
There has to be some official documentation on this somewhere.

Yeah, I think @RogerWilco is secretly hurt and resentful that after all the years as a distinguished Kickstarter and dues-paying VMP, nobody has honored him with goathood. But he can’t let on that he’s offended so he’s trashing the goats instead. So I say, let’s make it up to him right now! All the recent goats are just green newbies like me and aren’t nearly as deserving!
