I want my MehTV
5Dear mediocre people, I have a problem and in need of help. I wouldn’t post here in the forum for it, but I don’t know if I have any other options.
Basically, I’m super excited to get my Emerson TV’s from the Two for Tuesday in September. My heart aches with desire. Any day now, I’m sure I’ll get them.
The short version of the story is that I bought (2) Two-for-Tuesday deals, a total of (4) TV's. Two were DOA. Being the nice guy that I am, I let my coworkers take the functional ones, and I'd just get my TV and spare when they came back from funai. Funai told me it was not their problem. After some back and forth with Meh, the TV's finally shipped back to meh on January 10th, 2015. Delivery confirmation on January 16th, 2015.
Since then I haven't been able to get acknowledgement from customer service that they are even at Meh, just that they are processing returns and will get back to me, and to hang tight, and that they're overloaded. I'm not much of a complainer, and I freely admit some of the six month delay in TV delivery is my own fault, but I really just want this to be done.
I understand the whole small operation - large volume thing, but I really just want these TV's or my money back. I feel like we're getting out of the mediocre deal and I've officially gotten a crappy deal. And not good crappy like the old days.
Please help! I won't even bluff that I'm going to stop using Meh, I've gotten too attached.

Have you tried emailing since the TVs arrived in their offices?
Check your bank statements, maybe they have already processed the refund?
@Kevin Yup, emailed several times since, through the existing email thread and with a fresh help request as well. Last contact I received was March 2nd. "Oh man, looks like my computer got mixed up a tad when it sent that, my apologies. But I am working on the TV’s. Hang tight and I should have that resolved for you soon!". And no refund activity. Only Posting on the forum because I don't know what else to do in the normal return channels.
