@ChadP & I are big fans of David Chang. If you have any interest in food and/or especially cooking and haven't had a chance to watch his season of Mind of a Chef it's on Netflix and you need to watch it. It's fascinating and wonderful. I also recommend the Sean Brock season, it really changed the way I think about cooking and the food I eat.
@connorbush that is a really amazing episode, it really makes me want to try these heirloom ingredients and grow my own. It's a new life goal for me to taste Sean Brock's Carolina Gold rice.
I think there is a joke in there somewhere about things in a fuku being stuffed between two buns, but I am not going to make it.
That's not a sandwich (said like Mick Dundee)

@JonT I also like David Chang's contributions to the food porn magazine Lucky Peach - his ramen piece with Anthony Bourdain was great!
@JonT After I binged on all of the Bourdain shows--I consumed Mind of a Chef--my favorite was the episode about seed savers.

I went to college with that guy. He never made me noodles, or a sandwich for that matter.
