I absolutely love Whopper’s Robin’s Eggs. Can only get them one time a year. They are purchased during and after the holiday and I probably gain a few lbs every Easter.
@awk Candy Cane Kisses are not the same. Cherry Cordial kisses are not the same. Cadbury creme eggs are not the same. The amazing cranberry candy cane I got at Cabelas after Christmas is not generally available.
Where is the “because I was afraid what kids and grandparents would think of me if the kid’s Easter baskets/ Christmas stockings, or the other moms if their kid’s Valentine shoe boxes in class, weren’t filled with the “right” candy?” That was 90% of my “holiday theme candy” purchases as an adult.
Then Cadburry Creme Eggs I buy before and after because so good.
Definitely missing the “Both” option.
My partner’s family is Greek Orthodox, so their Easter usually falls after Catholic Easter, which means, of course, cheap candy!
Easter aside, though, we’re all fans of the Feast of Saint Mark Downs.
Where is the answer “for all occosions.” An after sale is an event too.
"…whenever an intern’s life depends on it "
What about before AND after? And during, and in store, online, etc forever
/giphy mmm treats

@Fuzzalini I love them too. They make your mouth weird colors.
@Fuzzalini me too, the last 2 nights I’ve picked up a bag for 70% off to “bring to work”. Whatever.
This poll annoys me since there is no both option.
@RiotDemon Me too. I do both, especially at Easter
I’m paying you $5 a month. Just send me the candy!
It’s just the same candy in a different box, don’t fall for Big Candy lies.

And Candy Corn M&Ms, well…

@mollama You are right. “Societal peer pressure” should be a choice.
My preference to purchase before the holidays is very subject to my antepartum status. I but after, but not typically this long after.
