I am StickBreaker the Unmerciful!
17I have been walking at work on breaks for years and years now. These walls have typically happened at 10:30 and 3:00. There are times when it is just me on the walk, and there are times when it seems like the whole company is with me.
I, like many many others, are staying home to help prevent the spread of the Corona virus (boy am I getting tired of typing those two words). I am, however, keeping up the walking habit.
Typically I have been joined by my wife and my sons. My oldest son is… well… something else. He picks up sticks and uses them in verbal games and such.
Today we went on our morning walk, but the weather is already getting hot (to me at least). He did not go on the afternoon walk with us even though I told him that I would break every stick on the ground I came across.
I made good on what I said I would do. This action earned me the name of Stickbreaker the Unmerciful. This name is one that I will treasure for as long as I remember it.

That said, I do pine for the days when all sticks were safe, so if you promise to stop now, then I’ll shout from the rooftops: tree cheers for @jst1ofknd!
I am also a daily walker/hiker. When at work I walk to lunch most days and then around the campus and a couple of nearby parks. Now that I am working from home, I walk in the PNW forest that surrounds us. If I stopped to break every stick I find on the ground, I wouldn’t do much walking.

if you break one stick now you have 2. then you break those two … you will have to stick around the finish breaking the remaining sticks. when will you be done ???
