I have the suckiest recliner ever made. It’s only a couple of years old and already the back is all bunched up, no lumbar support…and it plays havoc on my shoulders and lower back.
Looking for a new one that will last longer at a reasonable price.
Any suggestions?
@Tadlem43 Pray to the Meh gods to send you a recliner in an IRK, then somehow manage to get an IRK?
(or maybe just wait for someone to answer with more knowledge/experience than me)
My back has been much better since I started visiting a chiropractor a few years ago. It was never really bad, but it was always feeling a bit wonky and popping and stuff. Nowadays it’s great!
@kittykat9180 Are you asking us to check your back in a few hours? Most of us don’t even know where you live. (and shouldn’t we wait at least until daylight?)
I’m currently in Wales, that will give you an idea of what time it is.
I will leave it up to each individual reader to decide if it’s important enough for them to check back with me.
@kittykat9180 What city or towns specifically? Right after I graduated high school I toured the British isles. The only place in Wales that we stopped at was Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. But I would love to go back to Wales and watch a Wrexham home match in the next year or two…
Hope you are enjoying your trip!
@Kyeh@sicc574, currently in Cardiff. I’ll make a day trip to Swansea in the next day or two. I’m also going to Pembroke for a few days and hope to do some hiking there.
@kittykat9180@sicc574 Nice. We stayed in Wrexham initially (not for the football, but because my husband was attending a conference there.) We didn’t visit Snowdonia, which I kind of regret, but we went to a bunch of castle towns and to that town with the silly long name, and a beach near there. My favorite place though was the village of Tinturn, with the magnificent ruined abbey.
It seemed like a magical place. I hope your trip is great!
I had a bad car accident back in 2019 and as a result I have had to work my PT exercises into my routine. As a result, my back has never felt better! Who knew that regular and consistent exercise would be beneficial!?
Two herniated discs(L4, L5) and spinal stenosis… So for lack of a better description, Pretty F’ing shitty. But at least I’m 43 so potentially only have to live with it for another 30-40 years if I’m lucky(YAY!)
Back is good. Legs could use some more cycling.
@yakkoTDI Yep, & the Belly much smaller!
Not as well as my hands.
I keep getting weird numb spots.

Okay right now. But check back in a few hours.

@kittykat9180 Yes, where in Wales? I was there years ago; I thought it was wonderful.

It only hurts when I stop moving…so I never stop…pretty simple to me.
