BUT… the guy LOVES our hardwood floors and rugs are/can be dangerous (for me). He’s obsessed with caring for them, he and his Swiffer make the rounds (at least) 3 times a day and that’s besides the robo vac!
Not much. I keep it trimmed.

I told the builder I didn’t want carpet on the steps.

Better than 60% carpet.
All hardwood and tile or laminate . A couple of rugs but not in the cat accessible areas. Ideal for robo-vac.
Hardwood on the main floor w area rugs. Upstairs is carpeted…for now anyway
@tinamarie1974 Same. But the wood of the main floor often looks carpeted after the dog and two cats have done their work.
