@lseeber Yup. Meh. I've been waiting for Cree to figure out how to sell me parts for one of their fixtures for nearly 2 weeks now. Every other day they come back and say they're still working on it.
when did you email them? it usually takes a couple three four days (not including weekends) depending how busy they are.

Unless customer service is on strike, then all bets are off.
Like everyone is saying, it can take 24-72 hours (or so) for them to get back to you, hence.... meh.
