@therealjrn The things he is dismantling negatively affect everyone (except for perhaps a few things that benefit only the rich). The problem I see is that he doesn’t think of the consequences of many of his actions. That needs controlled. That, unlike how you are stereotyping it, is neither a liberal or conservative thing. That is a common sense thing. People need to think though both the intended and unintended consequences of actions - especially when you are in a position of power. He mostly appears not do that.

I didn’t call anyone names, rather I stated that his behavior needed to be controlled and that there needs to be a better process to think through all consequences of decisions, not just some (the intended) of them. I didn’t state only republicans or this president needed to think through consequences of actions/decisions - I said everyone needed to. And I didn’t engage in name calling anyone nor direct derogatory comments at an entire group of people like you are doing.

Prob more R’s than D’s based in living in TX. But varies.
Some good friends are Trump voters. Some are conservative never-Trumpers. Some liberal. Some centrist in some way or other, as they see themselves.
Not a snowflake among them tho. Not one.
And … Each one has individual and personally honed opinions and individual reasons for their attitudes. I try took respect that.
Many of them have complex views that can illuminate, even if I don’t agree.
So. If we are going to talk about it, can we do it that way?
Can we do it in a clearly labeled POLITICS topic, so that those who wish (which might include many of us at times) can easily avoid?
