I bought one of these a long while ago for my 10-year old, but we just set it up at the start of the quarantine in mid-march. After about 2 months, the basil has been growing very well but the oregano is still a tiny baby. It’s easy to use and you can see all the roots if you shine a flashlight in there. I wish there were windows on both sides to have more light to see the roots, but it’s not a big deal. It’s been a fun little project. The booklet has a few good learning activities. If you’ve got an elementary-aged kid stuck at home for the foreseeable future, I would recommend it. I bought it at $36 and felt it was worth it, so $24 is a great deal.
I have GOT to start paying attention to the estimated delivery. Two weeks later and the estimated delivery date is here, but the USPS is still waiting on the item. Amazon’s next day delivery has made me go soft to the way things used to be. Now only Meh and shipments direct from China take this long…
This is the one I’m most concerned is lost in transit for me. Shipped May 18, arrived at facility May 19, In transit May 21 Grapevine TX.
That is it, it shipped 24 days ago, hasn’t been updated in 21 days, and as far as I can tell, it didn’t get past the origin facility. I’m expecting I’m going to have to get a refund on it eventually.
We are of course working on solutions for our other sites and we’re running some tests on recent shipments but we don’t have anything ready to announce yet.

Teach them how to get into a Mexican drug cartel.
Can I grow irks in these. I missed out on one today.
This doesn’t look anything like a VW Bug.
@smerk85 if you grow bananas in it, it could be “Herbie goes bananas”
This gets really lousy reviews on Amazon
next up: triple-beam balance

Anybody else have theirs show up opened and missing the grow sponges?
Ours was “shipped” May 20, but the tracking status still says USPS is waiting for the shipper to get it to them. It’s June 11, so that seems weird.

Actually, none of my orders have shipping updates since Sunday, don’t know what that means
I could have sprouted a garden in the amount of time the shipping on this item is taking. 27 days and counting.
@ioBuddha for real, how does this site justify paying for shipping. Is this coming to my house by a horse and carriage? MEH, you shipping sucks balls!
